Once the website is live, and paid for, the website is yours. We do offer a monthly maintenance program to manage it for you – to keep it running smoothly - and to make any updates you may need. But – unlike sites like GoDaddy or Wix or Squarespace - if you choose to go elsewhere, the website is yours to take. Think of it as owning your own home, rather than leasing an apartment.

We will set your site up with Google Analytics so you can track how many people visit your website, how they get there, and what they do when they are on your site. This management information can be vital when you plan future developments to your website, or if you are considering any online advertising or marketing activity.

Don’t worry, let us take your rough ideas and create your copy content; we will include the relevant search engine keywords and metatags that will help your customers find you online.
Website Hosting and Domain Registration
We don’t own your hosting account – it’s in your name. We will set up your hosting and your domain name (if necessary) for you; once the site is live you will have full control of your hosting account going forward.
Why is this important to you?
Over the years we have had a number of new clients come to us because they did not have control of their hosting package. Their previous website designers had insisted on retaining control of the hosting, and when they went out of business, our new clients lost their old websites.
We have no plans to disappear, but with our WordPress websites you’re in control.

Most of our projects take 8–10 weeks depending on size, features, and how quickly your outline content is provided.

Absolutely. You will have full access to your site and WordPress is user-friendly. But we also offer a monthly maintenance program to take updates and maintenance off your plate.
5. Do you provide website hosting?
We prefer to set-up hosting with a preferred partner. We will facilitate that for you. That way the hosting remains in your name, and you have full ownership.
6. Will my site be SEO-friendly?
Yes - sites are built with organic SEO best practices to help improve visibility on search engines.
7. Can you redesign my existing WordPress website?
Yes, existing sites can be refreshed, restructured, or completely rebuilt.
8. What if I need changes after launch?
We have an ongoing support and maintenance plan available - for updates, regular maintenance and future additions.
