Our monthly website maintenance package consists of executing the following services:
- Perform website support and simple update requests within an allotted 60 minutes a month

DO YOU HAVE OTHER CUSTOM MAINTENANCE OPTIONS?
Yes, we can customize a monthly maintenance package that includes the elements in the above Essentials+ maintenance option, plus extra tasks like blog writing and email marketing. We also have clients who require more than the basic 60 minutes a month because they need us to make a lot of updates or additions to their site on a regular basis.
DOES UNUSED TIME ROLLOVER?
No, it does not. However, nor do we stop work at the 60-minute mark if we have updates to do. We accept that some months we may go over the 60 minutes allocation by a little, and some months we may be under by a little. In our experience, it tends to balance out in the end.
Bear in mind that even if you do not ask for any 'front end' updates in a given month, we will still be going into the website and performing the necessary unseen 'back end' updates to WordPress, plug-ins etc., usually at least a couple of times a month, and the security function is still in place.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Our website maintenance packages do not tie you into a long-term contract. We take payment on the first of each month, and yes, you are under no obligation to continue the ongoing maintenance service with DGR Communications. But please note that we need 30 days’ notice, so the best time to cancel is month-end. That way we take the final payment on the first of the following month and use that time to remove our software and do everything we need to do to hand the website over to you within that 30 days.
